Membership Statement
The Capricornia Division of General Practice expects that its members uphold the following responsibilities:

Support the objectives of the Division

Participate in meetings and CPD events organised by the Division

Assist the Division in health promotion activities within the community

Participate in GP reference groups that provide member feedback to the Division and Board

Provide feedback to the Division regarding opportunities to improve services to members
Membership Categories
Primary Membership $88 Inc GST
Available to registered general medical practitioners working within the area of the Capricornia Division of General Practice. - (Please fill in section A and B)
Division Network Membership $66 Inc GST
Available to any adult person who is supportive of the objectives of the Division. This includes practice staff, allied health and medical practitioners not eligible for ordinary membership. This also includes GP Registrars. - (Please fill in section A and B)
General Practice Corporate Membership Apply to the Division
Available to general medical practices operating within the area of the Capricornia Division of General Practice. General Practice Corporate membership covers all practice staff within that Practice under the one fee. Fee breakdown is based on the number of General Practitioners working within the practice, ie , $165 Inc GST for single doctor practice and $110 Inc GST for each additional doctor. (Please fill in section A for each staff member and section B once only.)
Division Network Corporate Membership Apply to the Division
Available to all Health Professional Practices operating within the area of the Capricornia Division of General Practice. Division Network Corporate Membership covers all practice staff within that practice under the one fee. Fee breakdown is based on the number of Health Professionals working within the practice, ie, $125 Inc GST for single health professional practices and $90 Inc GST for each professional after that. (Please fill in section A for each staff member and section B once only.)
Associate Corporate Membership Apply to the Division
Available to any corporate organisations with an interest in, and supportive of the activities of the Capricornia Division of General Practice
Student Membership FREE
Available to any person studying to work in the health care industry. (please fill in section A and B)
Financial Membership
Membership fees provide us with an independent source of income to pursue non-funded activities that can benefit you, your practice and the profession. As you will be aware the Division is involved in a wide range of activities aimed at supporting and enhancing general practice. To do this effectively we need to involve as many Health Professionals, General Practitioners and General Practice Staff as possible, so that we truly reflect your needs and views. Your financial membership will be current from the 1st January to the 31st December each calendar year. Renewal notices will be sent out in the first week of December.

2 x 6x7cm Free advertisements annually in the Capricornia Captured Newsletter and unlimited advertisements on the Division websites careers page as required (NB Advertisements cannot exceed the maximum of 220 pixels)
